The Candid Conversation Will Highlight Travel Industry Partners and Responsible Travel Advocates and is Open to Both Travelers and Travel Professionals

SEATTLE, WA, June 8th, 2020 – The American owned, U.S. flagged small-boat adventure company, UnCruise Adventures is hosting a Virtual Travel Panel with key industry experts open to the public. This hour-long online webinar will take place on June 12th, at 9:00 a.m. (PT). During this in-depth discussion, seven well-known panelists will join the conversation on the future of the industry, more sustainable travel, and how we can all work together toward the new travel norm. Participants can register at no cost online at uncruise.com/virtual-travel-panel.

The panel will be hosted by UnCruise Adventures CEO, Dan Blanchard who will be joined by panelists including Shannon Stowell of Adventure Travel Trade Association, Jake Haupert from the Transformational Travel Council, Sarah Leonard of the Alaska Travel Industry Association, Meghan Aftosmis of Impact Travel Alliance, Rick Saez host of Outdoor Biz Podcast and travel writer Judi Cohen from Quirky Cruise. “There are a lot of industry chats and webinars happening right now,” says Dan Blanchard. “We wanted to really open the conversation to curious travelers and pull back the curtain on the travel industry and what the future looks like.”

This Virtual Travel Panel will engage in valuable insights providing a professional look at what’s next for post-COVID-19 travel. These seven panelists maintain vital roles in the travel industry and have come together as leaders to talk about the current global crisis and address travelers’ questions. “This is about our ability to unite as small business owners and responsible travelers to articulate what is happening in the industry. Travelers are craving information and advice on how to navigate the path forward.” states Blanchard.

The panel will focus on how travel is restarting including a sustainable travel resurgence, what travelers should be asking before they travel again, brand responsibilities, and what the travel industry can learn moving forward. UnCruise Adventures welcomes the opportunity to exchange views with industry experts on a topic that has affected the global tourism industry.

Participants can sign up online for access to the Virtual Travel Panel on Zoom. There is an opportunity to present questions for consideration to the panel upon registration. No live panel questions will be taken due to time. Find more at uncruise.com/virtual-travel-panel.
