The New Lennox Hotel Miami Beach: First Photos & Amenity Details

Travel Agent News for Lennox Hotel Miami Beach

A relic of Miami’s iconic Art Deco era, Lennox Hotel Miami Beach is a new bold luxury hotel with a few hints of the past

Miami, FL (May 13, 2019) – Lennox Hotels, the team behind Lennox Hotel Miami Beach – the intimate, bold luxury boutique hotel set to debut in the heart of the area’s historic district, has released the first set of photographs showcasing the property’s upscale furnishings and interiors. Once the Peter Miller Hotel built in 1936 and a Collins Avenue landmark, CEO of Lennox Hotels, Diego Agnelli, purchased the historic building in 2010 and in total has invested more than $100 million for an extensive renovation. The first-look images showcase the property’s transformation, offering stylish and sophisticated accommodations for an authentic Miami experience and specially curated bathroom products from luxury brand William Roam.

Lennox Hotel Miami Beach has transformed into a livable landmark, preserving its rich history through the conservation of its original Art Deco façade and a few hints of the past found throughout the property, such as in the lobby where original terrazzo floor and archways remain. The rest of the interior has been completely transformed boasting modern luxury enhanced by natural elements with the addition of a 12-foot-long pool area located at the center of its four interconnected buildings.

The hotel features 119 contemporary guestrooms, 13 of these complemented by a small balcony offering sweeping views of the buzzing streets of Miami Beach. Each room is equipped with handcrafted furnishings from Patagonia and green, upcycled materials that were meticulously curated by acclaimed Argentinean interior designer, Juan Ciavarella. The soft neutral tones and unique textiles combine to create a tranquil environment throughout the property. Furthermore, each room will have curated minibars featuring Nosh MARKT products for all guests to enjoy non-GMO, locally sourced items including Chia Ballz, Cao Chocolates, Vintage Maine Kitchen chips and more.

“One of the most special features of Lennox Hotel Miami Beach is that not one guestroom is the same as the other”, said Diego Agnelli, CEO of Lennox Hotels. “Each room has its own individual touches, whether it’s the custom-made artwork on the walls, the general lay-out of the rooms or the decor. Our goal is to find ways to provide each guest with their own story to tell from their experience at the hotel.”

The team is also announcing a partnership with William Roam to provide the luxury bathroom products featured in each guestroom. From the brand’s SENSE collection, these products feature vegan, nature made beauty care. With Minnesota Tamarack Larch tree bark as the main ingredient and a blend of 21 aromatic extracts, the collection promotes lush and hydrated skin and hair. William Roam is a partner of American Forrest, a non-profit conservation dedicated to protecting and restoring healthy forest ecosystems. Thanks to this partnership, American Forest has committed to planting one tree for every hotel room at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach.
