MIAMI (Nov. 13, 2019) Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach is pleased to announce the recent appointments of General Manager Fernando Rivera and Director of Sales and Marketing Lizmary Perez for the all new boutique hotel, located in the heart of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhood, Sunset Harbour.

Fernando Rivera brings more than 20 years of operational, sales, marketing and brand management experience to his role as General Manager at Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach. Previously with esteemed downtown Miami property Kimpton EPIC Hotel, his high energy, customer-oriented management style has led to success at every turn. Fernando has a full operational background in the hospitality sphere, having worked front office, food and beverage, sales, marketing and revenue departments. He will oversee Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach’s daily operations, personnel, business development and guest relations.

 

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Lizmary Perez will develop strategies to establish Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach as a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Born and raised in Miami, she has spent her entire career in Miami Beach, leading sales and marketing efforts at Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach and Hilton Cabana Miami Beach. Skilled in account management, client relations, brand positioning and multi-media marketing, Lizmary was named the Top-Producing Seller of the Year in 2017.
