Xakay, the company’s newest culinary venue, can be experienced exclusively at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. The new concept led by Executive Chef Everardo Ponciano transforms every evening from 7 – 10:30 p.m. into a beach-front dining experience serving tasty seafood dishes using the freshest ingredients from the Yucatan region. Each dish is carefully curated with special touches from the executive chef to create delightful seafood medleys including king crab legs served with the restaurant’s signature Dijon-cilantro sauce, grilled sea bass seasoned with herbs and spices from Mexico and more. Travelers can experience Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun’s latest addition to its gastronomic offering at the award-winning La Joya restaurant. The Table dining experience is an interactive digital gourmet journey where guests immerse themselves in an eight-course meal carefully curated by Executive Chef Sergio Zarate that celebrates Mexico’s rich history and indigenous ingredients. The dinner is served on a custom-built 16-person communal table that that displays vivid video mapping depicting the journey of the country’s mesmerizing past, while narration and music add the multi-sensory culinary adventure.
Completing a multi-million-dollar renovation earlier this year, Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun added Inlaa’Kech Restaurant to its repertoire of dining venues. Overseen by Chef César Germain, the new interactive concept combines high quality ingredients with harmonious tastes in each creation while working alongside with the resort’s sommelier to create exquisite pairing menus.
