Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa Opens La Biblioteca de Tequila
This year, Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa also had something to celebrate, with the grand opening of La Biblioteca de Tequila, the third local concept restaurant from internationally recognized Chef Richard Sandoval. Modeled after the Chef’s esteemed New York City concept, which translates to “the Library of Tequila,” the restaurant boasts one of the largest collections of tequila and agave spirits in North America.
On March 26, Guests gathered to enjoy the restaurant’s Latin American-inspired menu featuring dishes ranging from tableside guacamole, a modern selection of tacos, and chef specialties including coffee-rubbed carne asada, seasonal enchiladas, and fresh salads and soups.
