MIAMI, June 4, 2018 – Crystal has tapped two globally renowned firms for the next chapter of its public relations efforts and the development of a streamlined new website for its growing portfolio of luxury travel experiences.
The Brandman Agency will represent the company’s ongoing public relations efforts for Crystal including Crystal Cruises, Crystal River Cruises and Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises. The agency, founded by travel and hospitality PR veteran Melanie Brandman in 2001, has represented Crystal’s interests in Australia and New Zealand from its office in Sydney for several years, and will now expand its efforts to North American PR from its offices stateside to serve the growing Crystal brand portfolio.
For its website, Crystal will work with MRM//McCann, named Ad Age’s 2018 Business-to-Business Agency of the Year. MRM will redesign the Crystal website with a focus on clean, illustrative aesthetic and intuitive navigation for travelers to easily access the many worldwide possibilities with Crystal. The new Crystal website will be relaunched near the end of the year.
