JAMAICA – March 2021 – The health and wellbeing of staff and guests is of the utmost importance to Couples Resorts. Several policies and procedures were brought to action to help support and mitigate the uncertainty and weariness of travelers in the last year. Among these, a Good Clean Fun program with enhanced sanitizing and cleaning protocols, on-site complimentary COVID-19 testing for all guests, and Worry-Free Guarantee which provides a penalty-free cancellation policy, for up to five-days before arrival.
Following the news of Jamaica’s recent narrowing of its COVID-19 testing requirement window from ten days to thee days, Couples Resorts recently announced they would be extending all four resorts’ — Couples Tower Isle, Couples Swept Away, Couples Negril, and Couples Sans Souci — Worry-Free Guarantee cancellation windows. Effective March 10th through April 30, 2021 guests who test positive prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund when cancelling at least 24-hours in advance. All other guests with other COVID-19 related interruptions or concerns are eligible for a full refund five-days prior to arrival.
