Based on the new booking policy, travelers can reschedule trips for free 15 days prior to their arrival if they are affected by a COVID-19-related situation. If the trips are cancelled due to COVID-19, travelers will receive a 100% travel credit to be used by the end of 2022. Travel advisors will receive a 12% commission.
