New release continues to deliver enhancements to drive agent productivity
MILWAUKEE (August 29, 2017) – Trisept Solutions, the leading travel technology company propelling travel agents’ business, has released Xcelerator 1.1. Xcelerator is the modern agency operating suite that fuels agents’ success so they will better know their customers, easily manage their suppliers and be more productive.
Xcelerator 1.1 includes several major design improvements, usability enhancements and new features to simplify an agent’s workflow. This is the fifth release of Xcelerator functionality this year as Trisept continues their plan to improve the product.
New key features of Xcelerator 1.1 are:
- Reservation Confirmation PDF import functionality that automatically creates trip details and supplier commission tracking from PDF confirmations from Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Globus, Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Fifteen additional suppliers’ confirmations will be added by the end of 2017.
- New workflow for more efficient customer management
- Improved usability for daily tasks, to-dos and agent productivity
