Thanks so much for sharing your time with us today Chad. We understand you recently moved to a new location can you tell us more about the new space?
Our new offices include12,000 square feet state of the art dedicated agent development and support space. This includes video production, live events, live streaming, and more will be elevated to new heights in this new space.
What was the impetus to move from your previous location?
Simply put, our absolute commitment to our agents and their development made us one of the juggernauts of our industry. It simply made sense to reinvest in our agent partners and their futures by creating the industry’s largest, most advanced support and development facility.
How many staff are currently working with Outside Agents in your new and beautiful building?
We employ 18 full-time and work with dozens of contracted partners.
Tell us about your Grand Opening Event?
150 of our closest friends and family, most engaged agents, and top industry executives will join us to celebrate of both our 25th anniversary and the opening of our new industry dominating agent development and support facility.
How will your new location help service your current and any prospecting agents?
It will more than double the number of agent development events we can host per year and double the number of agents we host at each event. It will also enable us to produce 3 times more on-demand, live streaming, and interactive virtual events than ever before.
What can we look forward to with Outside Agents in 2018?
I can’t give away the store but I can say that we’re shooting for our 5th Magellan in a row for agent development and training, our 3rd industry award for innovation, and, frankly, to continue be an industry vanguard by pushing the envelope on what a great host agency can do for its agent partners.
